Tyre Quandary

I saw this when inflating my tyres:

It seems that my tyre is missing some rubber. Maybe this is the cause for my steering vibrations. Gotta go chit chat when my 5000KM service comes~

Btw, should I be looking for a replacement tyre? Another RM200, gone?? >.<
